Pitch Evaluation Blog

1. How do you feel you did in this presentation?

I feel like I did average. I could’ve had more projection with my voice. I could of also used my space more with energy and a steady rhythm. I had problems with memorizing the format of the speech. I feel like reading my speech aloud with another will help me with that.

2. Did you try anything new or take any risks? If so, what did you try?

Yes, I had more movement, using the room in thirds. It did help to connect with the audience. I had better and stable eye contact which usually would throw me off. This eye contact helped me engage with the audience.

3. What were your specific goals for this speech?

My main goals in this speech were to memorize my pitch for a film and not forget about the form required. Keep a consistant and balanced mix between eye contact, use of space, and movement.

4. Did you accomplish these goals? Why or Why not?

I think I covered most of the format but I may have missed a few main points. I overall presented the whole idea of the idea and still talked clearly. I did keep a secure connection with my eye contact and I feel like I engaged enough but I can become stronger in those fields as well.

Feedback
1.Good hand gestures, Good movement, and great plot.
2. Good movements, had eye contact, engaging with the audience.
3.Great use of the floor and great constant eye contact.
